They insist on tax cuts that benifit the richest at the detriment of the poorest

The wars in Afganistan & Iraq cost a lot of money.
They have to be paid for some how.

This administration seems to be borrowing from foreign governments to pay for the wars.

It seems to me that if they are so interested in these wars they should be willing to pay for them out of there oun pocket.

They insist we are at war and should pull together and support the war president.

Well they should show there support of the troops and pay extra taxes to show their support.

They have profited the most from thesacrifice these brave men have given, they should have to pay the most.

Because that would mean taxing the Gas Companies that they get their lobby money from. More money for the government means less $ for them.

Although your post is mostly a political statement not a question, the reduction of taxes helps encourage economic growth which in tern nets more taxes. Simple concept and has been proven time and time again. Also war and borrowing helps to devalue the dollar which makes our goods cheaper to other nations while theirs more expensive to ours. Thus helps us in international trade. The problem with borrowing is that in the long run it may slow economic growth. Not a recession, but growth less quickly than it would have otherwise been. It's a fine line. Regan did it very well. Clinton took over in economic expansion and left the country in a depression, then bush takes over in reccession and turns around agiain to the current expansion.

Bush's general economic policies for the nation are correct. The overspending done by the governement is not. BTW you may want to look up where most of the governments money 50+ % is spent. Social Security (includes welfare and medicare). Much more than the war is spent here. Look at total budget, not discressionary budget over time and you will see that entitlement programs are what will eventually bankrupt the country or be changed. We will have to wait and see on that one.

The repulicans raised the charges of gasoline on the pumps to collect the fast sales, for the conflict. The conflict didnt go good, as they expected. 3 1000's of our ultimate squaddies have been killed, many 1000's have been wounded, osama continues to be at super, saddam continues to be alive, and Iraq is in chaos.

If you want to pay more taxes than you have to, I don't think anyone will stop you.............Just send it in... Or send in a lot of money and take a tax write off at the end of the year..(keep your check stub) Nice of you to do that..
