He'd still be in the spirit form in the garden but we wouldn't be here though.

If you read the story in Genesis, Jehovah's purpose for Adam was to fill the earth and subdue it. And the only time God mentioned death was if and when Adam and Eve messed with the forbidden tree. If they had obeyed Jehovah's command, they would be here today as well as all of our ancestors.

If adam had not picked the fruit, then thing's would have remained as they were forever. Meaning you would not be alive... because you didn't exist in the garden with Adam and Eve.
With out the "Fall" there wouldn't be death. And with out death, we could never return to our heavenly father in heaven.

According to Christian belief systems if Adam had not sinned then he would probably still be in the garden of eden. Of course, we wouldn't have free will either.

He didn't know he was a sinner because there was no religion around to tell him so and the concept of sin had yet to be conjured up by a human mind.

Yes they would, just as they were created male and female.
And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever. (Gen.3:22)
The word man means mankind so it included both Adam and Eve. Notice that God said they had become as one of us. That does not mean as God as many claim but it means insofar as now having the knowledge of good and evil as God has. God knows evil but cannot be tempted by evil. Man also has the same knowledge but is drawn to evil. God could not allow mankind to live forever in that state so it was an act of mercy to bring death to mankind. But, that is the good news of the gospel of Christ, Christ became that tree of eternal life so that whosoever believes in him shall pass from death to eternal life.
By the way, that means in resurrected bodies of flesh and bone that will never die just as they were created in the beginning.

Yes, I believe he would. The tree of life seems to me to be a catalyst to allow complete regeneration of the body. With the shekinah covering protecting spirit, soul, and body he would be protected from calamity.

Yes, But, Eve did. She brought human and spiritual death into the world, along with painful childbirth (yup, we can blame her for that, it's in the Bible). But, he did sin.

Yep. And we would live forever too. But now there's another way, Jesus. He died for us and we can ask him to forgive our sins and come into our heart and live for him, and we will go to heaven and live forever.
