I had to throw all of my makeup away!
I was depressed!
But if it's in your suitcase..
They can't take it away from you.

I can't imagine why not. Have fun in Paris! And if you are into day trips, I really recommend Tours. It is in the middle of the Loire Valley, they have a lot of chateaux and a great historical downtown area (from the 1400s). It is only an hour's train ride from Paris, so if you can, head out there.

No, I think you have a devious plan to blow up the Eiffell Tower using a computer hidden in your lip gloss and explosive contact lenses. They even have a hacking programming language developed specially for the purpose of hacking the Eiffel computer server.

regarding your contacts I was advised to take my glasses on flight as all liquids are still banned and not allowed even in a lens case
