Should you tell him that you love him? I say go for it. Many will tell you not to because it will "scare" him or you are too young...but be real with yourself and with others. Express yourself in appropriate manners and don't let what others think or say affect how you live your life. If you feel telling him that you love him is necessary, than do it...but if you aren't sure if you truly love him I would say be careful...many people tend to throw around the phrase "i love you" to whomever you are dating...please just remember that telling someone you love them, is a big step and you want it to be meaningful and real.

If you not to much younger than him and you think he likes you I would tell him but if I didn't think he liked me I wouldn't. But then again he may be to shy to show that he likes you tell you tell that you like him. Give it a shot girlfriend. The most you can get is heartbreak and you'll get over that.
