Do you really like the other girl so much better than your girlfriend that you would ask her to homecoming even when your girlfriend doesn't want you to? If you do, don't cheat on your girl, just end it and move on! If you really love your girl, then just go alone, do not cheat! I really hope I helped!

Personally I would say No. You shouldn't ask another girl to the dance. You should respect how she would feel. If the roles are reversed, and she wants to ask another guy, how would you handle it?
