should it be another removable disk (CD/DVD flash drive)
or same HD with another folder.
anyway, u should be looking for backup software.
in ur case it should have full HD backup feature(i hope this is meant in "all my files" even OS).
assuming all above, i'd highly recommend u to download True Image by Acronis. this software has all features u might need.
besides it's quite cheap :)

Try Windows, it's a fairly well known program, then use the F1 key to search for Files and Settings Transfer Wizard and good luck

You can use NTBACKUP if you have Microsoft Windows Software and it allows you to backup all your HD on removable media such as CDs or DVDs or alternative you can backup your drive to another drive.

First of all there is a lot of things you can do to do that. But the best one is just to burn whatever you need to a CD. Then you can acess and do whatever you want with it
