A real Caribbean recipe:
use 8 oz pineapple juice (canned is OK),
per every 6 oz of coconut milk
add ice and mixed in the blender.
You can use a coconut or pineapple as a drinking cup.
Decorate with maraschino. i
f you want to add rum use 1 oz for every 8 oz of pineapple juice.
I recommend Rum Bacardi or Palo Viejo.

Ingredients
8 oz. Pineapple juice
6 oz. Coconut cream
3 cups of ice
Cherries
Slices of pineapple, orange or lime
Preparation:
In a blender, grind ice while gradually adding the pineapple juice and coconut cream. Alternatively, use shaved ice. The ice should be thick enough to hold a cherry on top without sinking in. Garnish with one cherry and a slice of fruit.
Serves about: 5-7

Look, last night I was on the beach in Salvador, Brazil, and a lady made me the following, amazing PC.
Take quarter of a mature coconut and blend with some ice and about quarter of a pineapple.
Put in rum or vodka to suit.
