i keep on getting threatning phonecalls what do i do !!

Ask them to hold on. Switch to another line(preferably on the same phone) and call 911 with it. Tell them what's going on and ask for advice or for them to trace/triangluate the call. Then, switch back and do what they told you to do. If they're gone, then wait until he calls back to act on their advice.

Go to the camping section of Wal-Mart. Find a whistle or a stadium air horn. Buy it. Next time they call, use item from Wal-Mart and then call 911. No more problem.
