A woman I work with has been flirty with me for some time. I actually asked her out and she told me she was kind of seeing someone but stressed the kind of several times and said she'd want to hang out with me as friends and is definitely interested in hanging out with me sometime and liked that I lived closer to her. I waited it out a week later to not be pushy and wrote down my email address after I asked how'd she most comfortable being contacted, email or number.

Is that a bad thing she just took my email, we talked a long time during the convo and was how she usually was around me?

Help?

If she is "kind of' seeing someone, leave it be. She has your e-mail and knows where you live and work. Keep looking for someone who doesn't need a guy on the back burner in case the one in front doesn't work out. You deserve to have a good relationship, don't lose sight of that.

What? No, just be friends.
