Ok i broke up with my boyfriend, because i was so upset that all my friends got to see there boyfriends and i couldn't see him. So i didn't even know what the hell i was thinking. I guess i really hurt him. I still love him a lot and i mean A LOT!!!!! How do i get him back. I already asked him out, but he still hasn't written me back. I even called him. What do I do???

It's possible you've blown it and he might never come back.
You hurt him, dumped him and now want him again. Can he trust you? Maybe not.
You wrote him and called him-- now stop. Leave him alone for a while. Stop pushing it. Stop pestering him. Let him decide what he wants to do- if anything. Have a little respect for his feelings by allowing him to HAVE them, rather than pushing and pushing him to do what YOU want him to do.
Have some patience. Let him alone. If he calls he calls. If he doesn't then I guess you've learned a lesson: THINK before you hurt people. Sorry. Good luck.

Jus tell him you made a stupid mistake and that you are very sorry. I mean he is probably worried that you will do it again, however tell him to please trust you. If it's a long distance, show him with pictures or a very nice card. He will come back!
