You hold your breath until you pass out. But that can cause brain damage and you might do something like hit something hard on the way down...it's smart not to do it.

I'm pretty sure this subject (any subject about hurting yourself in any way) is off limits for YA.
The game you speak of, at worse, can be deadly. Too many parents can tell you that. At best, you are depriving oxygen to your brain for a short period--a long enough period for some damage to occur. nothing you will notice right now, but damage nonetheless.
If you need some sort of physical exhiliration, there are plenty of non-deadly options, ones that won't humiliate your parents if they have to explain to an Emergency Room doctor why you are there.
Keep it legal and keep it safe. Don't discuss stuff like this in an open forum, where impressionable young kids could be influenced into trying something deadly.

DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOTTTTTTT play this game. A good friend of mine had a little girl die earlier this year playing this game by herself. It is extremely dangerous, and not worth the consequences. I know you probably think I am a dumb adult and overreacting, but PLEASE listen to me on this.
