best would be chardonnay (White wine) since lasgna is strong on flavours and tastes on ur palate the light dry wine sort of balances it out.
but since u say no wine then i'd say 7up with vodka.

I might go with a martini. I'm not really a big martini fan, but you don't want anything too fruity with your meal, and a lot of mixed drinks are.
You might also try something like vodka shots, if you can serve it so that it stays ice cold at the table.

Find a nice Chianti Classico. They usually come in a wicker baskets. Lamberti and Banfi produce inexpensive but good for the money products.
