Mandar can mean; to send, to order, to commanand, to lead, to mail
Enviar can mean; to send, as in flowers or send someone somewhere or for something or send mail

Both "mandar" and "enviar" can be used in the sense of to send a letter or package in the mail.
However, enviar can be used in the sense of "to send" for basically all its meanings.
Mandar also has the meaning of "to command".

They mean the same, to send. However, 'mandar' also means to command or give orders.
You can look for all the meanings of words in spanish at the Real Academia de la Lengua online dictionary. They are the ones who have the last word to say if a word exists or not in spanish.

yo lo mande i order him to(send him to)
mandar to send:
yo mande todo i send everything
enviar to send:
yo te envie un e-mail i send you an e-mail

THERE IS NOT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEESE TWO WORDS.
BOTH ARE CORRECT,THEY MEAN TO SEND.
