No...it is not empty. You are simply not trying hard enough. Practice, practice & more practice is needed.

Not even air?
It sounds more likely that your juice box is frozen solid. Why you stuck the straw in before you put it in the freezer is beyond me, but it's not my place to judge.
Give it a few hours and it'll be all better.

lie flat on your back..... take it in your hand.... slowing lower it towards your face and mouth.........squeeze....(you'll find out if that juice box is empty or not).... but get ready for a sticky neck... just in case something "comes" out!!!
