Jesus did not have a twin named Roy! I've never even heard of a Roy in the Bible! He was from the virgin Mary and although He did have many brothers and sisters they were all from Mary AND Joseph. That's the closest to siblings Jesus had.

But did you mean Jesus Christ or Jesus next door. If Jesus next door he might have twin and might be the name Roy, Alvares, Rodriguez etc.

No, Roy was his brother Ray's lover.
