No time to chill so I'll need to use ice. I can put the ice in a ziplock bag so that it doesn't dilute the Sangria recipe.

Mmmm, yummy I love Sangria :) The Sangria won't taste as yummy since you don't have a lot of time to chill it and let the flavors combine, but it will still be great. Here's a couple easy ideas for you, hope they work out!

White Sangria

3 tablespoons sugar
3 shots Calvados or other apple liquor
1 lime, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
2 ripe peaches, cut into wedges
3 ripe green apples seeded and cut into wedges
1 bottle white Rioja Spanish wine or other dry white wine
1 pint raspberries
Sparkling soda water, for topping off glasses of sangria at table
Combine sugar, Calvados, lime, lemon, peaches and apples in a large pitcher. Cover with 1 bottle of Rioja wine and chill sangria several hours. To serve, spoon fruits into glasses or goblets, adding a few fresh raspberries in each glass, pour wine over top of the fruit. Top glasses of sangria off with a splash of soda water and serve.

Rose Sangria

1 pint bottle rum
1 pint bottle Spanish brandy
1 bottle rose wine
2 liters Sprite
Clear-colored large pitcher filled half-way with ice cubes
Apple slices
Grapes
Lemon slices
Lime slices
Measure 3/4 cup rum, 3/4 cup brandy, 2 cups wine, and 2 cups Sprite, and pour all into pitcher over ice and stir with a long wooden spoon. Dice a few pieces of apple, remove a few grapes, both green and purple, from stems and cut in 1/2, and dice a few pieces each of lemon and lime. Add diced fruit to pitcher and stir once more. Pour Sangria into tulip glasses.

Sparkling Sangria

1/4 cup orange flavored liqueur (recommended: Triple Sec or Grand Marnier)
1/4 cup almond liqueur (recommended: Amaretto)
12 strawberries, sliced
1 pint raspberries
1 bottle Spanish sparkling wine (recommended: Frexinet Cordon *****)
4 seedless grapes
Combine liqueurs and fruit in the bottom of a medium pitcher and lightly muddle. Fill pitcher with sparkling wine. Place a single grape in the bottom of each glass. The yeast on the grape skin will help retain some fizz in your drink. Spoon a bit of muddled berry from the pitcher into each Champagne glass then pour in the liquid. Serve immediately. Cheers!

Find someone's burgundy like Gallo, Carlo Rossi, etc in a 4 or 5 liter package or box. Empty contents into a big puch bowl, add a cup of sugar, stir, check sweetness level, add more to taste, garnish with orange and lime slices, stir again, serve in glasses with your ice cubes.

Sounds like you are in a "Hurry!" So I will tell you two simple recipes. One white one red.

1/2. c. white or raw sugar
1/2 c. triple sec
1/2 c. brandy
2 bottles of dry white wine (go cheap)
1 (750ml) bottle of club soda
lots of fruit chunks. I use what ever is in season.
What is good with white wine is pineapple, apple, melon (all kinds)strawberries, lemon and lime.

Now, for the red wine recipe..do the same thing
only use a cheap red Merlot or Burgundy (i like merlot) for the wine and gingerale for the soda... and use fruits that go with red wine...oranges, melons, pineapple,

Add pineapple, lemon, lime, and orange slices to some cheap red wine. Add some fo the juice from the fruit and maybe a little sugar. If you want a stouter version, add some cognac.

Get a bottle of Lambrusco (Reunite) chill, pour in a pitcher, and add fruits of choice (oranges and berries always works well), then serve...that's it!
