If you are listening to music while out walking you may not be able to hear other noises such as danger warning alerts or assist others who are calling for help or assistance.

Yeah because it makes you want to sing and move and look like a fool infront of all the people in the town so be careful. Also it is bad because you can't hear noises around you.

Well, if you listen to your music while crossing the road, are totally concentrated on it and not paying attention, you might get run over and die. Otherwise, listen all you want, who cares.

Because it distracts you from obstacles in your path or a car that is headed your way when you cross the street. You won't be able to hear warnings either.

There is a safety issue. If you have earbuds in, or headphones on, you can't hear someone sneaking up on you.
