I ordered AB Chair two months ago and i still have not received it. How can i get my money back? I do not see any tab(s) to cancel the order when i log on to Myebay.

Is there a # to call if you don't see one look for a tab that says" About seller" it should tell you how to contact them. Or did you pay through paypal if so you can ask for a refund through them! GOOD luck.

You click on Customer Support and in the question box put "cancel transaction" and follow the prompt. Ebay will message the seller and see if he will agree to it. If not you have to buy it. You dont cancel orders on Ebay. It is an auction website with rules different from a shopping site.

I probably have lost years off my life when I've tried to change or cancel orders on Ebay. I hope it doesn't cause you the stress it has me. You'll need to contact the seller and mutually agree to cancel your order so they won't put something negative about you on their remarks. I don't believe there is any way to contact Ebay. It has to be between you and the seller. Good luck.

log into the my ebay page
and in the options choose open item not received if you paid by paypal you will be redirected to paypal here follow the steps and open a item not received dispute
you only have 45 days to claim so you may be out of luck
if you need further help and you paid by paypal go to the bottom of the paypal page and hit the contact us tab give paypal a ring and discuss it with them
if you paid by credit card give them a ring more chance of getting your money back if you paid by other means it doesn't look so good

Just contact the seller. Some are generous and will accept your request. happens all the time to me lol.
