I'd start by going to my English classes and school and learning grammar. Then I'd get a job and buy a cell phone myself rather than bugging off my sister.

You are entitled to her cell phone if it's in your name and she wont get you one. You should shut off her service and get your own phone in your name.
Otherwise she's gonna run up a bill that she won't pay just because it's in your name and it will ruin your credit and you'll just owe more money.
SHUT OFF HER SERVICE JUST TO COVER YOU"RE OWN BUTT, there's nothing wrong with that. She sounds irresponsible anyway.

Well, I would just forgive her and move on. If you really want a cell phone, you could save up for your money. Sometimes family members say they're going to do one thing, and then they don't do it.

You quite being so selfish and forgive her. If you want a phone, earn the money and buy one for yourself. Quit depending on others to be how you aren't.

She got one in your name, promised to get you one but didn't... sounds like she just used you to get one for herself & then made herself look sweet by saying she'd get you one, but has no intentions of actually doing it.
So, put a stop to her having the privilege of having one in your name... quick... before she runs up an outrageous bill that you'll have to pay for... (since it is in your name, you'll be responsible for the bills).
How you act toward a person like that is>>> you don't trust them unless they prove they're trustworthy.

Maybe it's not financially the right time for her to get one for you. Just appreciate the gesture and be patient.
