super easy: put chicken breasts in baking dish, cover with bbq sauce, put in a 350 degree oven for about 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken breasts.

Thaw the chicken and Marinate it in Olive oil with salt and pepper and your BBQ Sauce for about an hour or two
Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for about a half hour at 350. Don't drown the chicken in sauce but leave enough to cover the bottom of baking dish. Check the chicken before serving it should be firm but not stiff or hard.

I put the barbecue sauce in the pan (saving some for on top of the chicken). I place the chicken breasts in the pan and add sliced green peppers and onions. Then cover with the remaining barbecue sauce and place aluminum foil over the pan. I bake the chicken about 1 hour at 350 degrees. I turn it over about half way through the baking time. Also, I always check the temperature of the meat to insure it's cooked properly.

i would have suggested marinated your chicken, but since you love the sauce that you are going to use, i wouldn't do that. but season with salt and pepper. toss some of the sauce with the chicken breast, and placed lined up in a baking dish, and pour the rest of the sauce over your chicken. Take some foil and cover the top of the baking dish. preheat your oven to 350 degrees. since chix brst have no bones, they cook faster. So bake for about 10-15, test with the pressure of your finger tip (becareful for hot sauce) you want it to feel firm. When it is, take off the foil, place the chicken back in the oven and let bake for another 5-7 mins. then serve your hot chicken right away.

I bake my barbeque chicken all the time. It's great. Just put your chicken in a lightly greased baking dish and pour your sauce over the top. Bake at 350/375 until done. That's it.

Like they said above, but DON'T season with anything but the sauce. You love the SAUCE, and want only ITS flavor.
