I eat a small breakfast in the morning, then go work out for approximately 2 hours at the gym. When I come home I have a snack and then eat a healthy lunch a little while later. Towards the middle of the afternoon I've been getting bad headaches. Why do you think this is? I never had them before I started going to the gym.

For breakfast I usually have oatmeal or cereal. Then an apple for a snack and then for lunch I have a lean cuisine meal with a salad and a yogurt cup for dessert. I do drink a lot while I am working out and throughout the day.

Give more info on what you are eating and what amounts at these snacks and healthy lunches, also how are you hydrating?
You are probably not getting enough fluids before you work out. And if you are drinking coffee or other beverages with caffeine, which is a diuretic, then you are making things worse.
The carbs before working out is good. I would guess that you should try drinking a big glass of water before working out and if you are working out for 2 hours, maybe some Propel would be good, it has some electrolyes but is low in sugar.
After working out have a protein and a carb....maybe some lowfat cheese and some fruit. Lots of water.
Lunch sound ok. Have another snack in the afternoon, if the headache starts at roughly the same time every day, try having some liquids and fruit about 15 or 20 minutes before it would start and see if that helps.

Sounds like you're dehydrated. Are you drinking enough water? You should be drinking no less than one ounce per two pounds of body weight per day. You have to also replace that water that you're losing during the workout. That's probably an additional one or two glasses of water per day.

Are you drinking enough water? Sounds like a dehydration headache to me, unless you're loading up on sugars earlier in the day, in which case you're probably crashing.
