I think her name is Abby Kadabby (I'm sure about the Abby part). I haven't seen any toys in her style yet but I'm sure they'll be available by Christmas.

I do not know the name but if you go to sesameworkshop.org you can buy sesame stuff and also the kids can play with their favorite character. my daughter was just on today and was playing with Elmo and learning how he stops what he is doing to go potty!!!!!!!!!! wow believe me them characters make a difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
