ok i like this guy a lot and he know's that i like him since i rote him a note telling him i do and he didnt right back tho like in class he stares at me alot and when i do catch him stare at me he looks away really fast and "pretends do do his work" and starts blushing...he pointed me out to his friends before ...yet we havn't talk that much ....but he's realli doesn't seem like the shy type and he talks with a lot of girls most of my friends think's he likes me but i dunt think so i realli don't know if he likes me or not ...and then i asked him for his email a few days ago and he gave it to me, but today i wrote him a note asking him if he wanted to go to the mall with me and a bunch of people ( i was to scared to ask him) and he didn't right back but he wont stop staring at me and im not sure if this guy likes me or not it's just so confusing what do you think

i rekon this guy likes you big time but maybe he feels kinda embaressed about it all, his friends may be giving him stick about liking u, he talks to other girls who may be his friends i dont no but have u ever seen him actually lip locking with a girl? if no then these girls are friends and finds it easier to talk to them than to u because he doesnt no u that well. he oviously isnt going to make the forst move but u already have technically so keep up with your notes and next time try and catch him on his own so u 2 can really talk. u only live once so go for it girl

He may like you but so what if he does or doesn't. Have fun and focus on what really matters like school and friends. If he's into you, he'll let you know. I think you've already shown him that you're interested in him. Be patient and wait - why is everyone in such a hurry. When you're 30, you'll look back on this question and laugh at yourself for being so worked up over a guy that may like you. See the irony... you won't care in another year.

Well, I'm probably too old for this, but I thought your question resembled a situation of mine back in high school. He likes you, there is no doubt about it, but he's too shy to do anything about it. The best advice that I can give you is not to be all over trying to get this guy to talk to you. OBVIOUSLY, he knows who you are, he knows how to get a hold of you. If he doesn't, he must have his reasons! NO GUY, believe me when I say this, NO GUY is worth chasing! Perhaps he has a girlfriend outside of school? Perhaps, yes, he finds you attractive but his feelings aren't strong enough to approach you. So he's interested, but not too much. Sorry!

Can you somehow find out if he got the e-mail? I would suggest talking to him directly, just casual stuff & see how he acts. Like talk about class assigments, etc. If you continue to talk to him, then you could at some point say that a bunch of you are going to the mall one day & he is welcome to join you (make it sound like a group of friends as opposed to a one on one date) & see his reaction. I think that he may like you but is just shy. Give him time he'll come around and if he doesn't I would suggest asking him personally if he would want to do something. Good luck!

you know... email and notes, while they're quick and easy, they're not the best way to go about asking for a date. confront him. yeah, it may seem forward, but it's really not. try to catch him alone and not while he's around his friends.
