sex is a choice of enjoying pleasure, if permitted and admitted.

I don't how to answer the question (about how sex really make you feel better), but I don't think sex is the answer to everything. Sex depends on what type of guy you're dating. Not all guys are the same, you just have to know when to differentiate between them. It's not sex that's the problem... it's something more than that. If you really want to be shallow and blame it on sex, I don't think that's the way to go. Sometimes, problems can be brought up by many different things. You just have to communicate with each other and be honest on how you feel with each other. You'd never really know what the other feels if you just go "I think that's the problem.." You have to be SURE that it is the problem.

The "it's not you, it's me" is just another pathetic excuse of breaking up. It's usually you, and not them (not to seem rude or anything). Most guys mean the "it's not you, it's me." Maybe it's good to take a break on relationships and be single for a while and figure out what you want and what you want out of the relationship and make sure if the opposite sex is ready for that commitment you're looking for.

IT SOUNDS LIKE IT CAN ONLY COMPLICATE MATTERS FOR U. ONLY U KNOW WHEN U ARE READY. DON'T LET ANYONE MAKE THAT DECISION FOR U!!!
