I think it should be "I might as well go with you to the bar". My friend said it is correct grammer to say 'mine' in the place of 'might'.

First of all, it's grammar not grammer.

Your friend is wrong. Try replacing "mine" with another personal pronoun: "I yours as well go with you..." Sounds weird, eh? So it has to be a word like might, could or should that goes there.

The phrase is "I might as well..." or "I may as well...". Your friend's variation makes no sense, grammatically or otherwise.

"mine" or "my" is not even interchangable with might.
So NO. It is not correct.

"I may as well" is another way to say "might as well"
