They are boneless pork loin steaks about 3/4 inch thick.. how long should i cook them and at what temperature. i normally cook them on 350 for 45 minutes, but these are thicker than i usually get.

I'd cook it the same, just check at the normal time. If you stick them with a fork and the juices run clear, it's cooked.

I would still cook them at 350 but check them after 45 minutes to see how they look and go from there.

That sounds sufficient...or try this......Brown them in a little butter or oil in a skillet. Add cut up potatoes (I peel mine), carrots, celery, onion, etc... and pour water over to cover. Cover and cook until the veggies are tender. The meat will be perfect! For a dipping sauce, mix a dab of horseradish with orange marmalade. YUM!

For god sake, buy a grill...gas or charcoal, your choice. You can then "grill" them at 275-300 for about 20-30 minutes, flipping every several minutes...Oh, buy tongs too! and they will be better than baked.

Try browning them in a skillet w/butter or oil to "sear" in the flavors before baking. They will taste delicious!!

that sounds about right--I usaully baste mine with some honey and pork seasoing and bake for that time--just check em at 45 min and go from there---enjoy

Grill 'em, over mesquite. Seasoned with Tony Chachere's, of course...

cook them the same and see if these are not a little moister then the thin ones....
