They already knew about allah long before he came around. They had many gods, one of which was the moon god. Which he made their chief god.

Before God revealed himself to Muhammad, the Arabian Peninsula and Middle East/Persia were all polytheistic. There were small communities on the Levantine coast, Palestine and North Africa that were Christian. I don't know that Muslims worship God as they respect and revere him as the Almighty as do Jews and Christians. Respect through traditions such as prayer seems like worship but is more of a physical act of submitting to God.

Before Muhammed, there were a lot of messangers..that They told the people that there's Allah who created the world and us..Example, Saydna Youssouf, Issa, Ibrahim, etc..... Muhammed was the last messanger of Allah

I suppose by Muslims you mean Arabs. The stories of the old testament were current in the region as were some stories about Jesus. I think though that they adhered to the pantheism that emanated from old Babylon.

there weren't any muslims before muhammed (saw) because there was no islam before muhammed (saw) and without islam how can thier be any muslims? Thats like saying what did christains worship before jesus (pbuh), there were not any christians before jesus because jesus (pbuh) introduced christianity.
