This may sound really unusual to many of you. I was brought up very sheltered and very isolated from other people, I have lived in a military family, I grew up accepting that I was never going to stay in one place long enough to meet anyone or experience dating. Well sadly that has all be true, after a time, I pretty much gave up trying to date anyone cause it never seemed I'd get to know anyone. Sinse I started college I've experienced a few dates but it has all happend sinse I turned twenty and I'm twenty one now. I just feel so inexperienced that I'm just not sure what to do.
I now have what I guess you would call a girlfriend but she is so against me talking to other women, and it just seems that I am now finally starting to actually meet people and just now starting to make friends.
What should I do? Do I just settle down with someone who would be really my first girlfriend? I really just suck at this and really need someone elses, nonjudgemental and unbiased suggestion.

I think if you want to start dating this girl as a girlfriend...great. If you can't talk to another woman then move on though, you don't want to get mixed up with a real jealous type you'll have nothing but problems. But then again if you're flirting with all these other women, then she has a right to be jealous and cut it out.

well i think you should cool it with this girl because you not having been with alot of girls truely can not commit to one becuase you will always wonder and that is not good. I think you should explain to you girlfriend that she is being a little too controlling considering your backround and should understan that you are not married and you would like to get to know other people because i feel that if you haven't explored no one else you cant really say she is the one because you dont know yet.

you will nevertheless be her auntie. no rely who the daddy is (till you have been male and you have been the dad or borther) the youngster would be your niece. even however, your niece is often your cousin. I even have used to have chum (who replaced into, shal we are saying, somewhat loose and straight forward along with her affections, particularly with regard to a minimum of one relatives). She had 3 young little ones, one with each of three brothers. That has made her young little ones (all females) the two sisters and cousins to a minimum of one yet another. She is back with the 1st one's dad and married now and so he's to his one and the two step-dad and uncle to the others! perplexing!

you do not need someone like that not just because your coming out of your shell but she sounds insecure and that's not good for anyone why does she not want you to talk to other women she has issues be care full

I grew up as an Air Force brat,so I get where you are coming from.I would break up with her and get out their and start meeting other girls.If you don't you may come to regret it.
