Hi everyone, had my hair highlighted and looks great!was wondering though are there any hairdressers who know how long to wait until i can wash it?had it done yesterday and really want to wash it!as they hairdried it and believe me it frizzes!I've got shampoo and conditioner for coloured/highlighted hair.....

Highlights, yould should wash it NOW! You have to wash it to be sure all the bleach is out. Washing does not hurt Highlighting.And you would need to deep conditioning, as bleach is damaging as well as the hairdryer. Hope this helps

I washed my hair the day after I got it highlighted.

I always wait a full 24 hours to wash my hair after coloring it.

your fine, go wash yout hair, lightened hair will not
"wash out" with shampoo or conditioner.

Just use conditioner not shampoo, give it another day before you shampoo.

Just make sure you always use conditioner to keep your hair moist.
