There are many ways to find a pet.

-Try looking in your local newspaper. (I get the PennySaver every Tuesday, which has great deals on pets).
-Try looking in your local animal shelter (you will be rescuing a dog, and getting it for under $100 in most shelters).
-Try looking in your neighborhood publications
-Look online.

Good luck finding a new pet!

If you only have under $100 to spend on the dog in the first place, why are you even thinking about getting an animal? The first vet bill will be well over $100 as it is...

I doubt you'll find a healthy one for that price. I volunteer for a shelter that adopts out strays. We have a lot of vet fees--shots/spay/neuter/microchiping which cost us more than $100. We get discounts from our sponsoring vets.
If you find a cheap one you will still have these costs you will need to pay yourself. Check online for beagle rescue sites

Either from a previous owner who's leaving the country, or if you're lucky, the humane society. But don't count on buying one for under a c-note.

You may be able to find Beagle pups through local shelters and humane societies. Try these websites (they let you search by breed, and your city name or zip code):

Try your local animal shelter, they've got affordable prices, plus you get to rescue a dog from the streets.

regularly check your local listings on your paper. Prices change depending on the breed and the people that have the parents. Just check it once or twice a week and wait for the right price.

Good Luck!
