I had them and they worked wonderful. To clean them (so they don't "turn brown") treat them like dentures and get efferdent, they come out nice and sparkly clean!

i had them for bottom braces and they turned brown b/c we couldnt brush them
just get metal
its like a permanant grill!!!!!
i have regular there fun ull like them after a while

my friend had them and only had to wear them for 3 months and when he got them off his teeth were perfect
but.. ive heard where it didnt work so i guess it depends on ur mouth
