SLOVAK. But I don't know what it means.

All I could figure out was something along the lines of:


bez - podpisu - orezane

without - signature - shortens


release - male - rozliseni,
??? - paint/scene? - ???

chybi - zeme - vydani - dokladu
disrupt - area - circulation/release - document.

It's probably Slovak, although the first part sounds Polish (however these two languages are similar)
ID bez podpisu = ID without signature

ok i really tried to find out what it was....its not spanish, french, dutch, german, russian, portuguise, greek, or italian....
