I have always been amazed at the calories someone predicts for people to be a certain weight. I lift weights and run at a 8 min mile pace between 13-15 miles a week. I eat between 1500-1700 calories a day. I am 5'8 and 186. I have always eaten under 2000 calories, and I have never been in my adult life fat, I have always been in the high 170s to mif 180s. From 16 to 30. I stay in this range all the time, I can't get much heavier or much lighter. I have always wondered why I maintain this weight. I work out bench wise about 245, and max close to 300. I only drink water. I wonder if I retain a lot of water, I do love salt, and sweat a ton when I work out. Any one have an idea? I am so tired of everyone asking me I don't eat much at cookout and dinners. I get full quickly, and justcan't eat a lot.

the reason you're not loosing weight is because you're gaining muscle. muscle weighs more than fat. you maintaining your weight has nothing to do on what you're eating. it seems like you're doing everything right anyway. so, just keep up the good work.
