Every religion in the world today states that if you do not believe in that religions specific God then you will spend eternity in Hell, or some form thereof. So, if Muslims don't believe in the Christian God then all Muslims go to Hell. If Christians don't believe in the Muslim God then all Christians are doomed to hell. Well if this is the case, isn't everyone that belongs to any religion going to go to Hell? They sure don't believe in the other religions God. They only people that don't seem to be damned for eternity are atheists

No one is lying. Christians believe whole heartily in the Lord and that Jesus gave His life so believers may have eternal life with Him. Others have different beliefs. We are expressing our true beliefs. We are not lying, but stating our beliefs. We will all know the truth in the end.

Well, Christianity is the only religion that recognizes that we can't save ourselves. Every other religion (including Islam) depends on man's being "good enough" to save himself. The Bible is clear that man cannot save himself. Our best and most righteous is "as filthy rags" in the presence of the Holy God. We need a savior!

People merely talk of religion. They are not interested in practicing it, in living it.

If Christians lived by the Sermon on the Mount,

if Jews lived by the Ten Commandments,

if Buddhists lived the teachings of the Nobel Eightfold Path,

if Muslims truly followed the teachings of the Prophet,

and Hindus shaped their lives in accordance with the teachings of the Lord, of saints and sages, there would be peace everywhere.

God is peace.

Neither is lying.

But both sides if there are only two (there are many more) need to read the entire New Testament about Jesus and his ministry here on earth.

The words written are what need to be believed and followed, not some mans interpretation of them and rules made from mans thoughts.

So, the only one right is one you didnt mention and that is the word of God.

Carefull, the Bible doesn't say "all will be saved" but "salvation is available to all". There's a big difference. It's up to you if you want to be saved. Your question shows the difference between Islam & Christianity- the difference between grace & legalism. You assume there is a lie, are you really seeking or just angry?

What is your belief? Nobody is lying...They just have different beliefs....This was caused by misintretations/people who just wanted to have power over a group of people.....Maybe they really thought that they heard/saw something.

technically....in Christianity...not everybody has a chance of going to haven and be saved unless they are first baptized
from my knowledge Muslims are not baptized
so...i think only half of Christians will get the chance of ever being saved

well, all humans will die regardless of infidel or Muslims, the matter is abt salvation.
Christianity gives the good news, that if u just believe in Jesus Christ, u will enter heaven, no matter whether u r a hitler or a mother teressa.
Islam gives us a slightly bitter pill, that even if we believe in ALLAH as The Only GOD and Worship NONE besides HIM, and Believe in The Last Prophet Mohammad (May Peace and Blessings of ALLAH Be Upon Him), and even Do good deeds while refraining from bad deeds, and as well as exhalted others to do good deeds and also exhalted others to refrain from bad ones, and even exhalted others to keep patience in hard times, we still wont be automatically salvated, unless ALLAH (GOD) in HIS Judgement (Always Best One) gives us the Salvation only by HIS Mercy on us and HIS Blessings, as NO One (no matter how good) deserves salvation based on one's own actions alone. Then, those who are Not automatically salvated by ALLAH, but believed in ALLAH and Worshipped None Besides ALLAH and also Believed in the Prophethood of Prophet Mohammad (May Peace and Blessings of ALLAH Be Upon Him) (i.e. they were Muslims, but sinners as well) will have to spend some time in hell as sentence till they complete the punishment for the sins they committed in this world (time depends on the sins they committed in this life),, and when they complete the punishment for their sins, they will be taken out of hell and taken to Paradise (for their Beliefs). And whosoever has a belief in his heart (Beliefs as discussed above) as much as a single grain of rye, will eventually at some time enter Heaven, after completing his sentence in hell. but, those who never believed in The Beliefs described above, won't enter Paradise ever and will live in the Punishment of Hell forever (Eternity, long time).
So, actually no one is lying, but there is difference of perception in both the views for salvation. And according to Islam, it is quite tough to attain Salvation as compare to its Christian counterpart view, and Muslims are suppose to work very hard for their Salvation, but the salvation is all worth the effort, as The Paradise which is Promised is very sweet.
Peace to All.
P.S. ... Since i m a Muslim, i believe in Islamic View of Salvation, so if u feel me biased, well thats 'coz i m in matter of Islam. and everyone needs to research for himself to attain The Truth, as ignorance is the biggest crime a person commits against himself.
