Don't use dry food on a kitten that young. He should still have the kitten formula for at least another week. Some kittens can be weaned at four weeks, five is a more likely time to be successful. Use canned meat for kittens, not dry food. The dry is a totally unnatural diet for a young kitten, meat is what his mother would feed him. It will be the easiest to use and the best thing for his health.

Feed him something rice based. Rice is incredibly easy on the stomach. I think Iams is rice based. Three weeks is pretty young. They sell milk that you can feed really young kittens at pet stores, you might try some of that, too until his stomach is better suited to eating only dry food.

get some moist food not dry food and never wet your dry food also take it to a vet it might be more serious than that. You might want to give it some grass too.

Poor little kitty! You should try and get her to a veterinarian A.S.A.P. It might be something serious!
