My five year old sister is begging to know how babies are made and it's weird telling her because... you know. I'm the only girl in the house and she will not shut up until she knows. Any ideas??

tell her that when mummy wants a baby she goes to the doctor and gets an injection
then the baby grows in the tummy
then when the tummy is big like a balloon the doctor opens the tummy button hole and gets the baby out

Since it's your sister, tell her, she 's only 5 she will not have the ability to understand.
simply
dad's sperm meets with mom's egg.
then when they meet, a baby will start to grow, just like a seed planted on the dirt.
The egg or seed is inside mom and she will be feeding the new baby as it gets bigger and bigger, and after 9 months, the baby is ready to be born.
All she needs to know the basics, do not go into great details, she probably say thanks and go on to something else. this is normal for a 5 year old.
Next she may ask how come mom has breasts (boobies) and I do not? that's another time

tell her that when a mommy and daddy love each other that god helps them make a baby. That the mommy has something like a egg in her tummy and when the daddy comes and helps love the egg that god helps that egg grow into a baby. then mommy has the baby and then everyone helps love the baby. I hope this helps or gives you some ideas.

There is a great book called 'Mummy Laid an Egg' by Babette Cole. It was great for telling my eldest about it when she was four; now she is 7 and her and her sister still love laughing with it; so do I!

tell her to ask grandma. or just say something that'll shut her up, or like when to married people love each other a baby gros inside the mom

give her the stork story? wow I never asked or wondered that when I was five, she must be really smart!
...I guess my parents distracted me away from questions like that with the dolls and other play things I had. I was actually too busy and preoccupied to have asked that question.

Your sister is much to young to discuss sex with. Your parents should be the ones to deal with this problem, not you. If you haven't told your parents, or parent about this yet do so immediately!!

Tell her the truth. Santa brings the mommy a baby in exchange for a cookie and some breast milk.
