Well there are many different ways to go with this. I know that in the state of CO and NE you can home school with the help of your local school district. You may want to talk to the principal or supper attentent of the district. They may be able to provide you with text books and other things. There are some states that have a web site dedicated to homeschooling. I would just do a search on "Homeschooling in " and have your state listed. This way you will find out all the rules and regulations for your state.
I would say to make it easier talk to the school and see what they recomend.

This depends on which state you live in--some states have very stringent oversight and controls on home-schoolers, others are more laissez-faire.
There are a growing number of support groups out there to help provide social contact and arrange things like special tuition for art, phys. ed. etc.--you might start at http://www.hslda.org/laws/default.asp, which gives an overview of legal requirements. Entering the name of your state + homeschooling in a search engine should also provide some helpful links.
Good luck!

Oftentimes, the meds make the adhd worse. Have another talk with her Dr.
