God is bigger than anything we could possibly imagine and ultimately, whether or not He's perfect, He still made everything from nothing, sustains the entire universe, and will ultimately judge everyone. So my question is: how can you possibly begin to question Him? to question His motives or anything He does?

Thank you everyone who has answered so far, it has answered many curiosities of mine. I think it's remarkable how authoritative mankind is. We think that just because we say or believe something it must be true. Ultimately, we will all know the truth someday, and it doesn't matter a hill of beans what we believe now, unless we believe what's true.

A side note: I have never met someone who told me that I was biased who wasn't biased themselves, nor have I ever met someone who told me that I should be more open-minded who was, themselves, completely open-minded. Fix yourself before you go condenming me.

For many, it's not questioning God, it's unbelief that is the stumbling block. We need to show God through our lives, they way we interact with others, believers and non believers. We also so people how Gow changes lives.

I was addicted for 25 years. In and out of jail and rehabs many times. I finally found myself in a place where there was nowhere else to turn, my life was over.

It was when I took that chance, a small step of faith and believed on Jesus Christ, that I was both saved from myself and healed. I have not had the obsession to use anything from that day on.
Only God could have done this, I tried on my own for years and I'll praise Him forever.

We are worth a Son to God.

Your premises are simply wrong. There is no evidence that you can ever get something from nothing. And there would need to be an alternative plane of existence for a god to live, which again there is no evidence, not one shred. All of your premises fall to the floor under the scrutiny of reason. And reason is the only way we can know what is real and what is not.

Gray,

Sometimes in life bad things happen and we question God "why"
life is not always fair and good things happen to bad people and the rain falls on the good and the bad. We question because we are human and at times frustrated. But I have learned being a woman now just to Trust. Analyzing is paralyzing. It easy to question God it is much harder to Trust God.

Your question is very peculiar - what do you mean by "who questions god"? Is it someone who believes in God? In which case, they can question him as much as they like. Whether they get a rational answer is another thing.
If you mean "who questions the existence of god", then I don't ask any questions at all because I don't believe in him.

God IS perfect, there is no question on that point, but to answer your question.......few seem to really READ The Bible anymore, if they did they would know that God gave this earth to Satan after the war in Heaven, Satan causes all the bad and evil on this planet but since few know it belongs to him, they blame and question God, who gave US free will, included in that free will is the right to ask God "Why?" But everything else you said, I fully agree with.

You haven't given any evidence of his existence. Why would I not question when told that an invisible being poofed the Universe into existence one fine afternoon...

Would you not question were I to tell you that Howard the Duck was based on a factual duck?

Some people question God because they don't believe in Him as you do. Be open-minded and you'll understand a little better.

Sorry, I don't believe in God. Or ghosts, or imaginary friends, or Santa Claus. They all have about the same amout of evidence supporting them.

I am a Christian, but if you expect to get any real responses then you should remove the clear bias from your question.
