The superintendent took me to the hospital and they paid for it exept later out of my poquet I paid a chiropractor to fix my back the regular doctors from the hospital where yust giving me shoocks and that worked for yust a little bit, but the chiropractic fixed it for good, I never saw any money in the bank for compensation and I am worried, this happend a while back ago, the only thing I remember was they were telling me get beter because workmanscomp dont pay that muh. My regular wage was at that time 22.34 an hour with union benefits, Im originaly from San Diego ca and at the time of the injury I was in Saltonsea East south of river side, and I was getting paid subsistance. After the accident I was sent to the hospital in brawley and after that they cme and took me to their office in sandiego after that they said go home I saw my personal doctor but they said no!!! That I had to go to theirs, Iwent for some time then I stop going, I went to my chiropractorIfeelgood

You need to get a lawyer and find out why you never got workmans comp. It is against the law for a company not to have workmans comp. Good Luck i hope you get what you are due.

Just went through a similar experience. You need to IMMEDIATELY find an experienced workman's comp lawyer.

I think it is your right to et wokmans comp. I also agree that you need to get a lawyer to solve this problem. I hope you will be able to achieve the justice.
