THICKENING SPRAY directions?

i bought andrew collinge thickening spray,and on directions it says
prepare your hair with ...shampoo.hold can 15cm from hair and spray over finished style
does this mean over dry hair or damp hair....sounds dumb maybe but im not sure if i should use this on damp hair dry my hair 1st
wat u guys rekon

I would think that you spray it over dry hair since it says "spray over finished style".

i would say damp hair
