Seriously - the type of thing that just makes you cringe when you remember it.
I'll start - to get the ball rolling. I still can't believe I did this.
A few weeks ago I texted a REALLY intimate message to my boyfriend. I mean, something that was meant to ONLY be between us. Not even gushy I LOVE YOU stuff, I mean this was graphic. I was a bit tipsy at the time, so it's not something I would normally say sober. His name is right beside my brother-in-law's name in my phone book so when I went to add in the sender I scrolled down too quickly and inadvertently sent the message to my brother-in-law! He's VERY straightlaced - a deacon at my sister's church.
I WAS MORTIFIED!!
Moral of the story: DON'T DRINK AND TEXT!!!!

I have a few but the one that tops the cake happened when I was 14 years old. I was playing volleyball with my dad. I was in the pool and my dad was outside of it hitting the ball to me. He hit the ball high to me and I fell trying to hit it and when I got back up my bathing suit top tilted and it exposed my breast. I didn't know it had happened until my dad just left and went back in the house. He never told me. Then I felt a breeze and knew what happened. I was sooo embarrassed, but I'm sure my dad was too.

I once was making love to my girlfriend in a very kinky way and we were experimenting with light bondage and her ankles were tied together and her wristwere ties together and we were on the side of the bed and she was standing and was bent over with her hands on the bed. WHOA! that embarassing...Never had anything that bad happend to but....
I was running to catch a train so as I ran in I tripped flat on my face (train car was fulled of people), I quickly got up because my foot was going to get crushed my the closing doors, so as I got up the doors crushed my body..finally opened again, I stepped back and took a sit pretending nothing happend
