My fiance and I have done it, and I dont think it changes the shape of your butt at all.

No it doesn't change the shape of your butt...it will however, the stretch you out which will eventually cause problems. That particular hole was not meant to be entered, although plenty of people do it that way.

Well, the more you do it, the more you work your glutes, so....I'd guess that it does change shape...I don't know about becoming more rounded, but definitely more toned and muscular...
