I got myself a new arial and I get all the everything else but FILM 4 which is meant to be free I believe. Any one know exactly what chanels are on offer on freeview in Arshford Kent or does it differ according to area?

I think you probally need to look on the set up menu and do a scan for new channels.

Have you checked your Freeview set top box? It might not have automatically updated itself to recognise the new channel for Film 4.
I had to retune my set top box to get Film Four. I live in Liverpool.

Im in the west midlands and I cant get film 4 either! Oh the pain!

You need to re tune your telly, then it will be ok. Chanel 31 I think
