i need to loose 1 inch from the waist in order to join the military can any one help me on acheaving that goal i will be appreciated

I go up and down with my waist on a regular basis. Do 60-90 min. of cardio every day, Drink plenty of water, eat foods high in fiber, and watch your waist shrink!! If you have what I call the "beer" belly than try working your abs a little not too much. Every other day give your abs a nice vigorous work out. I like using a stability ball/medicine ball.

Whenever you want to "lose" anything, this means you'll need to move to get it off. Cardio whether it's treadmill, stationary bike, dancing, walking fast etc. this is what is needed to burn it off, this is fat. You'll need to do a minimum of 20 minutes, and anything over this amount is bonus. Your body begins burning fat after 20 minutes, so you'll want to work up to more than this, but start here. Hope this helps.
