You could probably sue them, but I doubt you'd get anything out of it. I haven't gotten my computer from 2 years ago, just got a letter yesterday from an attorney here in my city telling me how much I owe them. If you try to sue, make it a class action suit, I'll join it.

read the contract.
did you send the computer back and get nothing in return?
why do you want to sue them?

Nope. The problem with blue hippo and similar companies is that they are so easy to get into yet so hard to get out. When you did a deal with that company, more than likely it was because nobody else would deal with you. So therefore you agreed to sign your life away for some piece of crap computer that is useless to you.
