I went to Greece last week, and yes after security check you can buy anything from the stores inside the airport and take them on the plane with you. I bought a big 750ml bottle of water and took it with me, and so did my friends, its not a problem after security check.

They have water on the plane. Also after you pass security there are lounges and drink stands near the gates for boarding the plane. Just keep one with you prior to boarding then you can ask the flight attendant for a bottle on the plane. Just explain your condition and you shouldn't have any problems.

There are usually plenty of places to purchase bottled drinks after security. Alternately, the should be able to accomodate you upon reaching the plane - you can ask for water as you are being seated instead of having to wait for the beverage service.

They have bottles of water on the plane!

Call ahead, and tell them you need water for medical reasons.

Whether you can take bottles of stuff bought after security depends on what country you're in. Here in England you can.

Things are pretty much back to normal, after all that knee-jerk reaction from the airport folk.
I believe there are still some restrictions on flights to.from the USA and there are new (smaller) size limitations for carry-on bags (though what that's got to do with anything beats me).

Wait until you get on the flight. Tell the flight attendant and purchase the bottled water from them. Unless of course you are in first class, then it's free :)

You must dispose of all liquids before going through security. You can then purchase water from the departure lounge shops. But you must dispose of this (again) before boarding. And you can get water on the flight.

Listen idiot! Go and see a psychiatrist, call 9-1-1 right now. You should never be anywhere near an airplane. You are one sick imbecilic moron. GET YOUR DAM WATER ON THE PLANE!
