I find when I haven't eaten in awhile and my stomach is empty, I get the nausea and aching you allude to. ( As a diabetic, my blood sugar gets low in these instances where I am not hungry but haven't eaten for a few hours.) A couple of saltine crackers helps to absorb the excess stomach acid. If your stomachache and nausea are happening on a non-empty stomach, or right after you eat, try taking an antacid, such as Tagamet HB 200, which has now been sold OTC for years. Also, drinking a carbonated beverage seems to help, but if you're a diabetic, make it a low-calorie one. If you eat a lot of spicy foods, that may be triggering the symptoms. Again, an antacid might help.

I have many different kinds of nausea. If it comes with heartburn, I find half a glass of milk to help.

If it's straight on I'm-going-to-vomit nausea, a little coke syrup (tablespoon) over crushed ice seems to help.
