Yeah dude, Christian is right, do not mess with them... They got explosives and they know how to use it.... Actually that is debatable, seeing as they usually blow themselves up in the process

it means: Allah is the greatest (greatest is not exact translation) Allah is the only God, Mohamad is a messenger of Allah, Come to prayer, come to do best thing (not exact translation),
Allah is the greatest, Allah is the only God.
by the way, the english language is very poor in vocabulary, that most of arabic words cannot be translated to english.

Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme!
Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme!
I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah
I witness that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah
Come to the prayer.
Come to the prayer.
Come to success.
Come to success.
Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme!
There is no god but Allah

For al-fajr (the morning prayer), the following words are added just after "Come to the prayer":

Prayer is better than sleep
Prayer is better than sleep

After the call has been made, it is customary for everyone listening to recite a du‘a (supplication):

O Allah! Lord of this perfect call and everlasting prayer, grant Muhammad nearness and excellence and raise him to the station of glory which You have promised him.
