Adult vitamins give me an upset stomach...is it okay for me to take a children's vitamin?

Yes, it is alright. Some adult vitamins can be too potent.

Sure. Children don't need the same amount of vitamins and minerals that adults do, so the requirements may be less than you need. Compare the vitamins in an adult dose verses that in a child's vitamin to see if it meets your needs.

Absolutely! My mother has a hard time with regular vitamins. I suggested she try children's vitamins. She checked with her doctor and her doctor agreed with me. Some people stomachs are too sensitive to handle the harshness of adult vitamins.

Absolutely. It may take two or three to get the recommended dosages, but it can be done. Talk to your doctor about your personal nutritional needs, but in the meantime, not exceeding two vitamins will give you a little kick without overdoing it. :)

Yes, it's fine. Actually my Doctor advised me to take Flintstones when I was pregnant because swollowing the pills made me feel sick, so chewing them was better.
