Absolutley!! Cats are like people in a way, Do you have dreams? If you answered YES to this question then YES your cat has dreams also!!

I really think they do. My cat, who is 6, has acted like a puppy when sleeping from time to time -- by that, I mean she has mewed, growled, whimpered, etc. when asleep. Sometimes her legs twitch a little, a bit like dogs' do when they dream they're chasing something.
I don't have any scientific basis for this -- sorry. But, based on my own experiences and observations, I think they have dreams on some level.

Yes they do they have things in there lifes that make good dreams such as chasing a toy and or catching the same toy also remember when you ar not home what ever she is getting into such as chasing a flly, all these things make good dreams.

Yes, I really think they can...
It's like the person above said. Twitching paws and miauwing sounds. F.i. Our cat makes a really strange sound when she sees a bird. And she also makes this sounds when she's sleeping... So I think she's dreaming about the birds (& the bees) LOL

Look at the size of the skull. The brain is flat. If they dream its only about destroying something of value or eating you if you dropped dead.

Of course, My dogs dream all the time and they will bark and whine and try to run while they are asleep, it's hilariousâ¥
